Harbor City International School in Duluth, MN invites you to submit a proposal for contracted
student transportation services. The firm selected will be an independent contractor.
Additional information about our organization and scope of services are provided in the attached document.

receipt.

Submission of Proposals
Documents must be submitted in PDF format via e-mail to [email protected] by 5:00pm
on July 31 2025.

Proposers will be contacted to schedule interviews in late July. Selected bidder will be notified in writing
by August 11th and work will begin Sept.2, 2025. All proposers will be informed of a decision by August
15, 2025
